I had a 10:30am appointment for 4 new tires. They said it would take 2 hours, it took 3 hours. No updates, but there were 3 managers or workers waiting for customers to come in. One or two of them could be working on cars.

I made a new tire appt for the upcoming weekend. During that wait period I started to experience what sounded to me was brake pad noise. At that point I parked the car and used another until I could make my appointment. I get to my appt and speak with Paul. I attempt to bring awareness to the potential brake noise issue and where I may or may not stand as far as a repair. If the repair was too costly I would just retire my old 2009 and go look at buying a replacement. Paul not only changes the subject back to the tire appt but also informs me that rotors now "come with" the pads. Paul went on regurgitating to me the spoon-fed info he was given regarding how rotors must be changed for safety because millimeters of the pad get worn down and the new brake pads don't completely settle against the rotor as there suppose to. Paul heard me say "I parked the car as soon as I heard what I thought to be brake noise" Through my 50yrs on this planet and personally doing many brake and rotor changes I can confidentially say that parking a vehicle as soon as you hear brake noise will 9x out of 10 avoid new rotors. Been getting my tires here for about 5 years now. I will never go anywhere else. The service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and professional, and they always go out of their way to explain things to you. Prices are very reasonable, and I always feel safe in my car leaving their shop. Thank you all for your wonderful work.

I was here for almost 2 hours before they told me they never ordered my tires. They let me wait for an hour and a half before even moving my car. They then waited 15 more minutes before telling me they never actually ordered my tires like they said they did and they don't have any in stock. The associate didn't even apologize, just said he'd "make it right" if I gave them my business. For some reason, they still changed the wheel caps and tore out my dash cam. I'd definitely suggest driving a little further to the Fishers location--they're a million times more helpful. They did the entire install and an alignment in maybe 2 hours. I'd hate to imagine how long I'd be at the Castleton location if they were actually competent.

So Belle Tire, let me just say thank you! You didn't sell me anything or perform a service. However you unknowingly have saved my butt yet again with the free air at all your locations! It is something I can count on. Truck tires sometimes need more umpf then what gas station air can provide, truck stations normally are equipped with air but it is normally on the big rig side and it is odd for a little vehicle to be over there. Thanks for being my hero tonight!
